Jude Holland has a Bachelor of Music and is completing his Honours, majoring in piano performance, at the University of Western Australia (UWA) Conservatorium of Music.

While studying with Graeme Gilling for over 8 years, Jude completed his Associate in Music, Australia (AMusA) and Licentiate in Music, Australia (LMusA) with distinctions.

During his time at the UWA Conservatorium of Music, Jude received many accolades, including the 2021 VOSE Concerto Competition, the 2021 Irwin Street Collective Instrumental & Vocal Competition and multiple Waveney Wansborough Prizes.

In 2022, Jude performed the Mozart Piano Concerto No. 27 in B Flat Major with the UWA Chamber Orchestra and in 2023, he was an Australian showcase performer at the Sydney International Piano Competition.

In 2024, Jude will play at the Lev Vlassenko Piano Competition and will perform the Brahms Piano Concerto No. 2 with the UWA Symphony Orchestra.

Jude has collaborated with some of Australia’s leading performers of early music, including Dr Sara Macliver, Shaun Lee-Chen and Dr Cecilia Sun. Last year, he was selected to attend a Trasimeno Music Festival masterclass with Angela Hewitt in Italy.
